AUGMENTED REALITY TIGER OF PARK TERRA NATURA

The nature and animal park Terra Natura Benidorm has made a presentation on virtual reality technologies applied to animals provided with artificial intelligence. Terra Natura will become the first zoo in the world to use this kind of technology resulting in a project that tries to awakened sensibilities for the care and protection towards the fauna.

Visitors, besides enjoying the facilities, will be able to interact with recreations of the animals that live in the park. Thanks to the online application, they will have the opportunity to take care of the animals and witness their growth.

 

The application is based on an augmented reality process consisting of the recognition of images through the artificial vision and the location of three-dimensional objects.
